CDOC v. City of Los Angeles (Part 3 of 3)
Featured in this video is John Jensen discussing the case of CDOC vs The City of Los Angeles over the recently enacted spay and neuter regulations that many dog owners and breeders feel are over reaching, actually harmful to dogs and allow the state to intrude into the dog owners rights to own, breed and care for their animal. This is an interesting constitutional legal issue and these video interviews outline this increasingly important case law as to the right of the state to regulate the ownership, breeding and control of dogs and cats nationally.
