Early court procedure provides the accused an opportunity to prove their innocence called a motion for summary judgment. Burden for winning such a motion is the high standard of proof (guilt or innocence) beyond any reasonable jurors possible doubt. Apparently jonesrafathead thinks non-existing case law will give him the right to do on the public Internet what he could not legally do on a public street.
