Ex-gitmo detainee suing American Government

Mohammed Jawad was just a child when he was taken to Guantanamo Bay and now, just days after his release, he has announced that he plans to file a suit against the US Government. Jawad's lawyers say that he had undergone years of torture during his time as a prisoner even though there was no sufficient evidence to prove that he was, in fact, guilty. So what is next for this young man and his lawyers? rt's Dina Gusovsky speaks to one of Jawad's military defense lawyers, Captain Chris Kannady.
