How Do I Add Movies To My Ipod If I Already Have Movies On There From Another Itunes Account?

I uploaded some movies from a friends itunes account before I set up my own, and now it wont let me add the movies I downloaded on MY itunes account. How do I get my movies on here without deleting the ones that are already on my ipod? I know this can be done, but I cant remember how to do it. I know this is possible because I
