Overturning Same Sex Marriage Ban Joins Opposing Lawyers

The two lawyers that opposed each other in front of the Supreme Court to litigate Bush v. Gore in 2001 have now joined together to oppose the ban on gay marriage in an attempt to overturn ca's Prop-8. Ted Olson and David Boies discuss the court battle with Chris Matthews on hardball.
