Racial Laws: Nuremberg & Jim Crow

Edmond J. Safra Hall, Museum of Jewish Heritage - October 14, 2009 Robert Burt (Yale Law School), Jonathan Holloway (African-American Studies Yale University) and Henry Feingold (The Graduate Center, CUNY) examine whether the Nuremberg and Jim Crow laws were motivating factors in the alliance between American Jews and blacks from WWII through the Civil Rights era. The three also discuss how to prevent discrimination in the future.
