Most all of Greta Van Susteren's experts agreed that Mike Nifong needs to be removed and most of these agreed Mike Nifong and the actions of his prosecutors including himself and the lab director need to be the subject of a federal civil rights investigation (for as in Florida there is little teeth in any law protecting NC citizens from an unlawful prosecutor). In one of my many cases against judges and lawyers the lawyers got the judge/referee to go with this in the Final Report: poppycockish American Civil Blasphemy "... Respondent's argument clearly demonstrates his failure to understand that the right to be heard is not limited to only being heard in person.
