WLKY Investigates Animal Cruelty at Kentucky County Shelters

Backed by Animal Legal Defense Fund attorneys, Kentucky citizens are filing concurrent lawsuits in Estill and Robertson Counties, taking their local governments to task for failing to provide basic, humane conditions for homeless dogs and cats, as mandated by Kentucky's Humane Shelter Law.
