Judge Tanner overrrides statute law
Judge Terry Tanner of Benton county overrides this statute law as though he is a god above me and the law that was and meant to bind judges, this is a procedural law. He reads the statute out loud and then admits that he did not hear me nor did he find me in contempt at that specific time but held a sceduled hearing 6 days after the fact and he did so thinking that since he "listened to the recording" he can play god above statutory law and man.
